Advertise With Us

Updated 6 August 2026

DailyAtlas carries advertising. It is one of two ways the site pays for itself, and we would rather tell you exactly how it works than leave you guessing.

What we sell

Display advertising, served programmatically. Ads on this site are delivered through Google AdSense. Placement, frequency and format are set by us; which specific advertiser appears is decided by the ad auction, not by us.

If you want your ads to appear here, the route is through Google's advertising platform. You do not need our permission and we do not need your budget — the auction handles it.

Direct display placements are something we will consider for advertisers whose product is genuinely relevant to one of our sections. Email Hello@daily-atlas.com with what you have in mind, expected volume, and the section you are interested in.

What we do not sell

This list is longer, and it is the more useful half of the page.

  • Sponsored articles. We do not publish paid posts, advertorials, or "partner content" — under any label.
  • Links. We do not sell links, insert links into existing articles for payment, or accept payment to remove a nofollow attribute.
  • Guest posts. See Write for Us — we commission and pay writers instead.
  • Reviews. You cannot buy coverage, a mention, or a favourable verdict.
  • Newsletter placements that are not clearly marked as advertising.

If your email is about any of the above, we will not reply. That is not rudeness — it is the volume.

Why we are strict about this

Not principle for its own sake. A site whose recommendations can be bought is worth less to readers, and a site worth less to readers earns less. The editorial line and the business model point the same way.

The one place the two touch is affiliate links: some product links earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Those relationships are decided after an article's conclusions are written, never before. Full detail in our editorial policy.

Ad placement and experience

Ads on this site are constrained deliberately:

  • Reserved space. Every ad slot occupies its final size before the ad loads, so nothing on the page jumps as you read.
  • No interstitials. No full-screen ads between you and an article.
  • No autoplay audio.
  • Nothing above the headline on mobile.

If an ad on this site does something it should not — covers content, plays sound, redirects you — please tell us at Hello@daily-atlas.com with the page and a screenshot. Programmatic advertising occasionally serves something it should not have, and we can only block what we know about.
